Jenna Bailey

Jenna is a North Carolina transplant from Ohio, where she graduated from THE Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). She started riding at RIDE in June 2015 and has since made the transition to instructor. In Jenna's classes you ride as a group, challenging yourself in order to inspire and motivate those around you. Come prepared to sweat, tap-it-back, and leave it all in the saddle.

Bri Sikorski

Bri loves to be on both sides of the hall teaching both cycle and yoga! Her philosophy is that exercise should be something you look forward to everyday and brings that energy, and a smile, into the room.
 
She doesn't want you to come in and zone out during a workout, instead she wants you to hit that climb with just a little more resistance than last time or hold a plank and smile at yourself for pushing right into the challenge without a second thought. It's not enough to just be physically fit as mental strength is just as important. While she is going to push you outside of your comfort zone sometimes, Bri wants it to be an active choice and to be a time of exploration into how strong you truly are.
 
"Showing up is the hardest part" is a philosophy she truly stands by, and while she loves to see you make progress, being connected to your breath and honoring your body is a lesson she incorporates into every class. Just like you need to actively choose to challenge yourself, it's important to know when to just sit back in child's pose and breathe. 
 
Challenges, laughter, and being welcoming to all levels is guaranteed.

Chris Bruce

If you want to move to some serious electro house beats, then Chris’ class is what you are looking for. As a former NYC bike messenger and a current local DJ, Chris will navigate your Ride through the traffic and let the music take you to the next level.

“I love music as a fitness motivator” says Chris. “Have you ever been exercising and that certain song will come through the headphones and you feel a burst of energy? That’s your brain taking over and telling your muscles to work harder.” Chris’ class will give your mind and body that extra motivation to bring out your optimum performance.

Hard Work? Yes. Results? Check. Fun? Absolutely.

 

Sammantha Andes

Sammantha is a triangle transplant, and is originally from Pennsylvania. She stumbled upon RIDE Cycle Studio in October 2014, after she had ended a long term relationship with distance running. She was looking for new way to keep in shape, after having two hip surgeries, most recently in April 2015. She wanted a combination workout that involved an intense cardio routine and a way to sculpt, so she took her first class and has been hooked ever since. Sammantha was a cheerleader from the age of 7 to 18, and it shows through her spirit, positive energy and love of life. Her loud, larger then life personality comes to life on the saddle!
Sammantha’s classes will be fast, high-energy, and empower the rider to embrace their inner super star!
 
Sammantha is excited to be instructing at RIDE, and hopes to see you in the saddle!

Hannah Rapp

Hannah is a Campus Minister with Cru at UNC Chapel Hill whose "happy place" is clipping in on a bike! Growing up as a competitive dancer and cheerleader, Hannah’s love of music and fitness runs deep. Upon entering college at UNC Chapel Hill she began experimenting with new forms of exercise, becoming passionate about running and pushing herself at the gym. She took her first cycling class at RIDE in 2014 and was instantly sold on the combination of high intensity cardio and opportunity for fun and inventive choreography. Hannah’s classes focus on enjoying exploring your body’s capability and pushing your mental limits. She is excited for you to come sweat with her!
This 50 minute class gets you in and out in a flash. You will work your body with of sprints, hills, intervals and jumps all set to motivating music. This class will provide a challenging workout for all levels. Heart rate monitors are recommended.
