Adam Fisher

Adam is currently a Ph.D. candidate and MBA student at NC State, and he’s excited to one day start his career as a biotech entrepreneur.

Adam grew up as a runner and ran track and cross country in high school. As an undergrad at the University of Wisconsin he participated in a variety of sports like track and crew, but ended up falling in love with cycling. He joined the UW Cycling team in 2009 and was an active member for 3 years before moving to Durham, where he continues to bike and run marathons.

He took his first cycling class at RIDE in early 2016 and was instantly sold on the combination of spin and moves that gives you a total body workout. Adam’s classes will focus on building up your cardiovascular strength and will push you to your limits. Come join him on the bike and be prepared to give it your all!

Jenna Bailey

Jenna is a North Carolina transplant from Ohio, where she graduated from THE Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). She started riding at RIDE in June 2015 and has since made the transition to instructor. In Jenna's classes you ride as a group, challenging yourself in order to inspire and motivate those around you. Come prepared to sweat, tap-it-back, and leave it all in the saddle.

Chris Bruce

If you want to move to some serious electro house beats, then Chris’ class is what you are looking for. As a former NYC bike messenger and a current local DJ, Chris will navigate your Ride through the traffic and let the music take you to the next level.

“I love music as a fitness motivator” says Chris. “Have you ever been exercising and that certain song will come through the headphones and you feel a burst of energy? That’s your brain taking over and telling your muscles to work harder.” Chris’ class will give your mind and body that extra motivation to bring out your optimum performance.

Hard Work? Yes. Results? Check. Fun? Absolutely.


Bri Sikorski

Bri loves the ability for yoga to combine the breath and the body for a moving meditation. Her classes focus on alignment, movement, and also exploring new space within yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. She holds a great deal of importance for acting as a guide to everyone's personal practice whether that means needing to be in child's pose for most of class because of a tiring day, to using that extra bit of energy you have to try out something new. Yoga is an important and fun tool to use in everyday life and is a journey that she enjoys accompanying her students on.

Elise Bruce

Elise found her first spinning class back in the day when pay-phones were still plentiful in Manhattan and you always had to have cash for a cab. After her first class, she was hooked on that “runner’s high,” and the calorie burn these classes offered. Years of classes and a baby later she was inspired to become an instructor herself. Elise has been teaching spinning/cycle classes for the last 10 years here in NC and in NYC which has given her great exposure and experience in the industry. A lover of Barre, Yoga and Pilates, lead her to be Barre instructor and has been teaching for the last three years. Music is supreme to how Elise creates her cycle classes, taking her clients on a journey where you connect the beat with your RIDE. Elise is RIDE CYCLE STUDIO’s creator and owner.
Formally known as Band RIDE. Our base RIDE with # (pounds) using resistance bands, rings and weights as the closing act. We will work your body with a varied series of sprints, hills, intervals and jumps all set to the best music in the business (at least we think so). This class will provide a challenging workout for all levels. Heart rate monitors are recommended.
