If you want to move to some serious electro house beats, then Chris’ class is what you are looking for. As a former NYC bike messenger and a current local DJ, Chris will navigate your Ride through the traffic and let the music take you to the next level.
“I love music as a fitness motivator” says Chris. “Have you ever been exercising and that certain song will come through the headphones and you feel a burst of energy? That’s your brain taking over and telling your muscles to work harder.” Chris’ class will give your mind and body that extra motivation to bring out your optimum performance.

Chris instructs the following:
Tabata sets consist of 20 seconds of HIGHEST output with a 10 second recovery (8x). HIIT is a challenging pace for 30-90 seconds of work with recovery periods. This is not for beginners, but you can ride a slower pace during drills. This is the fastest ways to improve fitness levels and torch calories!
This 50 minute class gets you in and out in a flash. You will work your body with of sprints, hills, intervals and jumps all set to motivating music. This class will provide a challenging workout for all levels. Heart rate monitors are recommended.
Our RIDE On class followed by a spirited beverage to kick off your weekend. We will work your body with a varied series of sprints, hills, intervals and jumps all set to the best music in the business (at least we think so). This class will provide a challenging workout for all levels. Heart rate monitors are recommended.
Bike to Barre Split
The cycle-barre combo class Bike to Barre will get your heart pumping to burn fat and gain endurance. You will start with a cardio intense 35 minute RIDE, then you’ll slide off the saddle and head to the barre room for strengthening and lengthening, defining muscle with every class. Prepare to sweat, we will be maximizing our time on the bike and in the barre room!
This is great for those who want to just take the RIDE portion of Hybrid Classes. Want to take both but are on the WL? You can double book this time.
#RIDE offers cardio, endurance, core connection and upper body strengthening. We move, sprint, jump and climb with the music. The (#) Weights are integrated one-two songs on their own or with the RIDE. This class will provide a challenging workout for all levels. Heart rate monitors are recommended but not necessary.
9 Volt, like the battery that lasts and lasts, but not so square. This class will sculpt with heavier dumbbells and slower movements allowing us to get to muscle failure quicker. The end result being stronger bodies that are less prone to injury.
